Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit
Please tell us why?
The speed isn’t the problem it’s the drivers who even if it was 50kmh speed limit would still be a hazard. The speed doesn’t kill the driver does…. All it’s going to do is make traffic worse and slower. The old head of police even said speed doesn’t kill it’s all these drivers who can’t drive or don’t know the road rules!!
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
