Which option do you prefer?
Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit
Please tell us why?
It such a short distance on a main road. Other areas on the same road are all 80 - with residential on one side - it doesn’t make sense from a driving prospective. It’s not going to hurt the developer to spend slightly more money for a crossing if one is actually required. Build an underpass - way safer.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
Against changing the speed limit
How do you travel through the area?
Drive, Bike/Scooter
What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
Travelling north bound/south bound, Travelling to/from work, For recreation i.e. cycling/bike track
Are you giving feedback on behalf of an organisation?
No, these are my own personal views
