Which option do you prefer?
Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit
Please tell us why?
There are other roads with similar situations example wairere drive and powel road.
Reducing speed doesn't always make the road safe. It increases congestion on the roads which increases driver frustration.
Increasing public awareness and education on road use should increase.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
No speed reduction needed. Traffic lights with pedestrian crossing and no stupid raised crossings.
How do you travel through the area?
Drive
What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
Use the road as and when needed
Are you giving feedback on behalf of an organisation?
No, these are my own personal views
