Which option do you prefer?
Option 1: Reduce the speed limit from 80km/h to 60km/h
Please tell us why?
Most cars are already travelling at 60 km/h when they approach this intersection anyway.
Once the future pedestrian crossing is installed, braking from 80km/h is not safe for anyone.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
Expect signage alone should be sufficient as most cars are already travelling at 60 km/h at this area.
How do you travel through the area?
Drive
What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
Travelling to/from work
Are you giving feedback on behalf of an organisation?
No, these are my own personal views
