Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit

Lowering the speed fixes nothing could make it 30 and still have issues, its just a way to think/ show you have done something. Need to make it so people can go over or under the road to be safe.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
Should make the developer make a crossroads underpass under the roundabout, safest for walking and biking and has no impact on vehicles using the roads.
