Which option do you prefer?
Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit
Please tell us why?
reducing the speed for potential pedestrians and cyclists is ridiculous. if a signalised pedestrian crossing is mandatory, this should mean that traffic lights will be installed. this will still be safe to operate at 80km/hr. reducing speeds creates more frustration, and can often lead to more accidents.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
dont lower the speed.
How do you travel through the area?
Drive, Bike/Scooter
What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
It's a local road close to my house, Travelling to/from work, For recreation i.e. cycling/bike track
Are you giving feedback on behalf of an organisation?
No, these are my own personal views
