No one is really doing 80 km/h in that section due to it being so short in length

Build a subway for pedestrians. Traffic will continue to flow more easily without interruption. 2500 houses, equals 10000 residents, equals a bigger problem exiting out of one road...

It's a local road close to my house, Travelling north bound/south bound, Travelling to/from work
