It is a main road, a drop to 60km/h will create more confusion on speed limits in the area which will cause more accidents. Either leave the area at 80km/h, or create a 60kmh zone from further back and end it when leaving Horotiu north bound

It's a local road close to my house, Travelling north bound/south bound, Travelling to/from work
