The area has enough infrastructure to support walkers and cyclist away from the main carriageway, buses should be taken away from the main road if passenger numbers are anticipated to be high. This is a main arterial link for northern towns to Te Rapa, would you lower the Hamilton Ring Road to 60 km/h?
