Bike lanes are there to keep cyclists safe, as footpaths for pedestrians. So far bike lanes in hamilton are under used, hardly a cyclist seen on them. Slowing the traffic will have no impact on pedal or foot traffic.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?

What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
Travelling north bound/south bound, For recreation i.e. cycling/bike track
