This makes sense if a crossing needs to be put in place, perhaps the 60km should start BEFORE the round about near the temple approximately where the lanes split from one into two and should continue to be 60km through to Great South Road as it reduces to 60km just off that round about anyway. The crossing however needs to be further up as coming around that round about you cant see due to the centre of said roundabout obscuring your view.

Coming through that round about from the south on the inside lane you cant see due to the centre the round about obscuring your view which could prove dangerous, The crossing should be further up in the center to give traffic flow a better chance coming off the round abouts
