Submission details

Submission ID 8516
Name Hanna Nicholls
Date 11 March 2026
Which option do you prefer?
Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit
Please tell us why?
Since it is such a short section of road, I feel like it's going to confuse motorists unfamiliar with the area about the speed on the other sections of Te Rapa road going south. Also because it's between two intersections people barely get to speed there anyway.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
Clear signage
How do you travel through the area?
Drive
What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
Travelling to/from work
Are you giving feedback on behalf of an organisation?
No, these are my own personal views
