Because you are going to waste $35000 on this project when cost of living and council rates are increasing. There has only been a handful of crashes whereby 2 had minor injuries and 5 were non injury crashes in the last 5 years. Why don't you tell us why it is important to spend $35000 of the tax payer's money on this project instead?
