It’s unnecessary, people can drive slower if they like. In reality that crossing won’t be used a lot as there isn’t anything on that side of the road except a single bus stop. It’s stupid to reduce the speed to 60 just for that. If drivers can’t slow down in time then they are not competent drivers and should not be on the road

No, just leave the spread limit as is

It's a local road close to my house, Travelling north bound/south bound
