Reducing the speed limit would increase congestion in the roundabouts on the overbridge which could cause the off ramps to become backed up with traffic which would be unsafe

Regardless of the speed limit, the plants in the gardens on and beside the overbridge and roundabouts need to be either removed or kept below 1metre tall as the plants that are there now restrict visibility for entering the roundabouts which is a safety issue
