Which option do you prefer?
Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit
Please tell us why?
Why do you want to put a slower speed limit in as in this part of road most people don’t even get up to 80km all I see by putting it to 60km is more revenue gathering. And stats are showing now that most crashes are more common in areas that speed has been reduced
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
All that needs doing is the high of the gardens on the off ramps need taking down way lower as in a standard or lowed car you can’t see to you have the front of you car on the roundabout it’s ok if you in a suv/ute or a truck but the road should be up to a standard that all vehicles can you it safe
How do you travel through the area?
Drive, Bike/Scooter
What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
It's a local road close to my house, Travelling north bound/south bound, Travelling to/from work, Take children to/from school, For recreation i.e. cycling/bike track
Are you giving feedback on behalf of an organisation?
No, these are my own personal views
