It is a stretch of road between two roundabouts, therefore it is logical to set the speed limit at 60kph anyway. If the pedestrian crossing goes in, cars will not be able to reach 80kph before reaching next roundabout.

No. Please do not put your beloved speed bumps in, they wreck cars!!
