There is very little reason to. Based on the number of crashes there, the effect will be minimal. Also if the mean speed is already 64kmh then there is no need to lower it as people will drive at the speed required. It's a speed limit not target and being able to go 65 I think is fine. However it's still a main road outside of the main hamilton and should be 80kmh.
