The stretch in question is already 60 in practice, as by the time you get to the 80 sign on the other side of the Horotiu lights, it's not worth accelerating to 80 as the overpass is coming up. Once through the overpass, you are on Hutchison Rd. roundabout, where it will turn to 80 again.

It's a local road close to my house, Travelling north bound/south bound, For recreation i.e. cycling/bike track
