| Which option do you prefer? |
Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit
|
| Please tell us why? |
There is no impact on the development in this area as people already slow down for the roundabout. There should be no reduction as there are already multiple speed changes further south of this road that dont make sense
|
| Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change? |
The developer needs to consider making a walking underpass such as the ones near the Waiere Drive intersection where that is an 80km road.
This would reduce the impact of putting a crossing in. There is plenty of area to put an pedestrian underpass in so the foot impact on this road is reduced |
| How do you travel through the area? |
Drive
|
| What do you use Te Rapa Road north for? |
Travelling north bound/south bound
|
| Are you giving feedback on behalf of an organisation? |
No, these are my own personal views
