There is currently no need to reduce the speed limit. This could be revisited if or when the current situation changes. Access to the subdivision will be via Hutchensen Rd where a lower limit could apply.

No. I do not support speed limit change on Te Rapa Rd. Make changes on Hutchensen Rd IF/WHEN required.
