It’s a main arterial. It’s wide, visibility is good, flow is good. No need to slow everyone down for the 2 people cycling on this road each day.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
No… there is already massive footpaths that could be split for cyclists. Stop creating hadbreaks everywhere

What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
It's a local road close to my house, Travelling north bound/south bound, Travelling to/from work, Take children to/from school
