The development is separate, not impinging on the section of road
It is a main thoroughfare and needs to have free flow. Flow is restricted enough with adjacent roundabouts. Average speeds are already low enough between the two roundabouts which are very close to each other Adding a pedestrian crossing makes it really difficult |
