As cyclist,riding to work for 40 years, the road is wide enough as is. There will not be any roads coming into it
There is no need to reduce the speed limit. What is bad for a cyclist is roundabouts, but the ones at the north end will be OK because no one on a bike will be turning right onto the Expressway, or coming off the Expressway. |

A better use of money is to provide cyclists with a sage way of turning right through the Southern roundabout. Even if it is simply a road crossing.
