Which option do you prefer?
Option 2: Retain the current 80km/h speed limit, do not change speed limit
Please tell us why?
As cyclist, riding to work for 40 years, the road is wide enough as is. There will not be any roads coming into it
There is no need to reduce the speed limit.
What is bad for a cyclist is roundabouts, but the ones at the north end will be OK because no one on a bike will be turning right onto the Expressway, or coming off the Expressway.
Do you think any other physical changes are required to support the proposed speed limit change?
A better use of money is to provide cyclists with a sage way of turning right through the Southern roundabout. Even if it is simply a road crossing.
How do you travel through the area?
Drive, Bike/Scooter
What do you use Te Rapa Road north for?
It's a local road close to my house, Travelling north bound/south bound
Are you giving feedback on behalf of an organisation?
No, these are my own personal views
