I have never seen a pedestrian cross the road. Anyone who builds in Te Awa lakes area will have cars as there is nothing there. No supermarkets, medical centre, or even a dairy.
Looks like it’s an attempt to put the cart before the horse mentality or a revenue spending/ gathering exercise. Do not support the change… change for change sake. |
