The location of the proposed crossing is at the end/start of the road, traffic is unlikely to be travelling at 80km/h in that portion of the road.
Should be developers cost to set up the new crossing, the hamilton ratepayers shouldn't need to fund changes to a road that does not experience a high number of collisions. |
