I feel that the Council could go further by organising public display of art, including music, drama and visual art. Festival style of exhibitions on busking terms. Gatherings of collectors of vintage cars or particular models, motorbikes, steam engines. Marching bands like bagpipes, brass. How about Jazz in the park? And more...
