The option 1 will allow more colourful activity on Victoria St.
However the walk way should be continuous from shop front to shop front. I noticed that a blind person would not realise the opening had moved to the left or right, this was noticeable from Mexico to Hamilton Hotel. The busker must be not too loud and good quality sound and move sooner than 2 hours. No religious people please. |
