To whom it may concern,
I would like to comment on the proposal currently being considered.
While I understand the intention behind the changes being suggested, it feels like attention is being directed toward relatively minor issues when there are much larger concerns affecting Hamilton residents. Many people in our community are far more worried about things like infrastructure, road conditions, safety, and the overall cost of living in the city.
From a resident’s perspective, it would be encouraging to see more focus placed on addressing the bigger, ongoing challenges facing Hamilton rather than putting significant effort into changes that may seem minor by comparison.
I believe the council has an opportunity to prioritise initiatives that will have a meaningful impact on the daily lives of people living here. Listening closely to the concerns of residents and directing resources toward the most pressing issues would go a long way in building trust and confidence in council decisions.
Thank you for considering this feedback.
Kind Regards
Angela
