Well done for improving the drinking water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure. Water is vitally important - speed bumps and cycle lanes are not.
Please can you ensure water meters are ‘pay as you use’ to discourage wasting this precious resource and reward those who are frugal? Thank you. |
