| 1. Do you have any feedback on the IAWAI Water Services Strategy? |
I am concerned about people having to pay for human right in a time when costs are increasingly out matching pay. I propose that a base rate of water per person in your house hold is free for the recommended amount a human needs to survive. This includes eating, cooking and bathing. Anything extra would be charged.
