Main concern is a affordability, you stat you will invest carefully and try make careful decision. Yet the council prove time and time again that they don't make smart decisions, and spend money like crazy on infactstrure that isnt needed (like the footpaths around nawton). Without consulting the every day person. People are already struggling like crazy with the rates increases you have put in place. I am one of those people struggling with your rate increases. If you put more costs on top of it, people like me will have to sell their house as they won't be able to afford the increases. The money spent on water meters could go very far in our struggling communities and also be able to fix our terrible and dangerous roads in parts of the city.
