A short section of pedestrian walkway below the Victoria Bridge will be closed for a period this weekend.
The path, on the eastern side of the Waikato River, will be closed on Saturday 6 July from 7pm, to erect scaffolding for the continuing work on Victoria Bridge.
The closure will be in place until 7am on Sunday 7 July.
During this time a detour will be in place via Grey St.
