Permits
Business and trade applicants can request an extended parking permit to park in the central city. If an application is for a period of more than five working days, then these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Fees
- Permit for up to 2 weeks: $36 per day per space
- Permit for longer than 2 weeks: $18 per day per space
Step 2: You

A cost for the permit will be issued to the specific vehicle using the park.

Please note two working days' notice is required when applying for a permit using the form below.
Step 3: Council
What happens next
We’ll be in touch to discuss your application with you, if needed, or we may go ahead and grant it based on the information in your application.
If your application is granted, you can pick up your permit and pay for it (and parking hood, if applicable) at the Customer Services counter. The counter is located on the ground floor of our offices at 260 Angelsea Street and is open between 7.45am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
You can park free for 10 minutes in the car park on Anglesea Street behind our building.
